Vous le savez si vous êtes un visiteur habitué du blog que la Ryan Shay Classic dédiée à Ryan Shay s'effectuera ce Dimanche 18 Janvier.
Quatre jours après mes 46 printemps, c'est un très beau cadeau que la providence me fait car créer cette course est pour moi d'une grande importance. Ces dernières semaines et jours ont été très forts en émotions et en réalisations.
Par exemple, le principal sponsor de Ryan Shay, l'équipementier de running Saucony, par l'intermédiaire du groupe Royer qui est la représentation Française de la marque Américaine, est l'un des partenaires de cette course des As comptant pour le Championnat de la Manche de Cross Country.

7 Courses , des poussins aux vétérans vont se dérouler de 12h00 à 16h00 sur l'hippodrome de St Martin de Bréhal qui a vu ces dernières semaines plusieurs courses de Cross Country Scolaires se dérouler sur le circuit que beaucoup de coureurs considèrent comme le plus beau et le plus technique de la région Bas-Normande car, même s'il pleut, les coureurs n'effectueront pas leur course les pieds dans la boue ! De plus, plusieurs parcours ont été créés par le Granville AC pour chaque catégorie.
700 participants sont attendus de
tous les clubs de la Manche.
Une grande fête dont vous retrouverez un article et des photos très
prochainement et également dans la presse spécialisée et locale
puisque les quotidiens régionaux sont étroitement associés à
l'évènement.

La course sera contée dans le magazine Runner's World France dans le numéro de Mars 2009 ainsi que sur les deux sites internet :
- Le site Runner's World
USA et le site Français du
magazine.
Egalement, le site internet Flotrack qui suit très activement l'athlétisme aux USA et à l'International aura également un article et des photos.
Une vidéo sera-t-elle réalisée ? C'est possible...rendez-vous dans quelques jours sur ce blog et sur les sites Internet de ces magazines.
D'ici là, un entrainement de marche athlétique est prévu demain.

XC Manche Championship.
The XC Manche Championship
7 races will take place from 12:00 to 4:00 on the racetrack of St
Martin de Bréhal that has seen in recent weeks several XC College
races take place on the racetrack that many XC Runners considers
the most beautiful and the most technical of the Lower Normandy
region because, even if it rains, the runners will not race their
feet in the mud !
In addition, several tracks have
been created by the Granville AC for each category.
700 runners are expected from all the lower Normandy clubs in this
